All Parts Backed by a Lifetime Guarantee
All parts come with a guarantee for the manufacturer’s estimated lifespan, which depends on how often each component is used. For instance, lights mainly used during holidays can last 30 to 40 years.
When used appropriately, most components typically endure between 20 and 30 years.
*If the lights run continuously for 12–16 hours daily (except during the hottest summer days, when extreme temperatures might affect longevity), their expected lifespan is approximately 7 to 8 years.
**Please note that future technological advancements may influence the lifespan of the control systems.
Minimum 1-Year Labor Warranty
Labor costs to repair manufacturer-defective parts are covered for at least one full year. This includes issues like faulty bulbs, power supply components, LED controllers, connections, aluminum channel finishes, and more. While some dealers nationwide may offer extended labor warranties, all dealers are required to provide a minimum one-year labor warranty. For details specific to your area, please reach out to your local dealer.
Warranty Coverage for Specific Items
The control board that links your Trimlight system to your smartphone or tablet is fully covered under the lifetime parts warranty. However, the software enabling this connection is not covered, nor are issues caused by Wi-Fi or radio frequency interference.
While connecting the Trimlight Controller to your local network is ideal, it may not always suit your specific environment. Often, using the Trimlight signal broadcast directly from the controller is the most reliable option.
Before reaching out to your local representative for repairs, please ensure all troubleshooting steps have been completed. If the parts are found to be functioning correctly, a minimum service fee of $75 may apply.
